Kris Sonny is a wellness advocate, coach, and experienced fitness instructor with over five years of leading group fitness classes. Passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, she created Blush & Burn as a space where movement, self-care, and confidence come together.
With a deep love for dance and expressive movement, Kris brings an energizing and uplifting approach to every session—blending dance fitness, Pilates, and low-impact workouts to create an experience that feels both effective and enjoyable. Her classes are designed to meet women where they are while still challenging them to grow stronger, both physically and mentally.
